Shepherd’s Assistants

The Shepherd’s Assistants is a handbook to help guide church elders and deacons in the various tasks they’re asked to perform for the congregation. As the Good Shepherd’s assistants, elders and deacons work closely with the pastor regarding spiritual matters of the congregation. But some of these men may feel inadequate or apprehensive due to their lack of formal training in the ministry.
